How we work

The AquaFlow Property Protection Protocol

Cleaning the surface is only part of the job. Protecting your home and everything around it matters too.

These five steps guide every AquaFlow job. The specific protection and cleaning methods depend on the service and the property.

Volume over pressure

We match the method to the surface — the right cleaning solution, plenty of water and the appropriate technique — instead of treating every exterior as something to blast with high pressure.

  1. 1. Inspect

We look over the property first and note existing conditions, with photos when appropriate.

  2. 2. Protect

We protect what’s around the work area as the job requires, such as sensitive fixtures or landscaping.

  3. 3. Apply

We use the cleaning method and solution suited to the surface, with proper dwell time where needed.

  4. 4. Rinse

Cleaned surfaces and the surrounding area are thoroughly rinsed or wiped down, as the service requires.

  5. 5. Final Check

We inspect our work and take care of anything that needs more attention.

Who owns AquaFlow Pro Wash, and where are you based?

AquaFlow Pro Wash is a firefighter-owned exterior cleaning company based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. It’s owned and operated by Adam Church, a professional firefighter. Read Adam’s story.

What areas do you serve?

Port St. Lucie is our home base, including St. Lucie West and Tradition. We also serve nearby Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce, as well as Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Hobe Sound and Tequesta. Not sure if you’re in our area? Give us a call.

What exterior cleaning services do you offer?

House washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, paver cleaning, sanding and sealing, pool cage and screen enclosure cleaning, and interior and exterior window cleaning. You’re welcome to book a single service or combine several.

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and is generally best for durable hard surfaces like concrete driveways and walkways. Soft washing uses low pressure with professional cleaning solutions, proper dwell time and plenty of water, which suits roofs, stucco, siding and painted surfaces. We choose the method based on the surface, so you don’t need to know which one you need. Learn more about soft washing.

How often should a Florida home be washed?

For homeowners who want to keep the exterior consistently clean, AquaFlow generally recommends a house wash about every six months, based on what we see in the field. For some homes, at least once a year may be enough. The right schedule depends on shade, landscaping, irrigation, moisture, environmental exposure and how quickly organic growth returns.
